Primary Carers 24/7 are seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to work in the community. We require individuals who have a genuine passion for working in care and making a real difference to the lives of others with a person-centred approach.
At the moment we require carers who hold a full UK driving licence. We also have sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.

Job Description
This is a community-based position providing support and quality care to individuals in their own home to enable them to live securely and independently. Duties include:
Supporting and assisting with daily living tasks
Meal preparation
Administering medication
Personal care and maintaining personal hygiene
Every day will present a unique challenge as we support vulnerable people to achieve the best life. You will work as part of a small team and communicate effectively within the care circle so clients feel protected.

Requirements
