Duties
Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support individuals in maintaining their daily routines and adhering to care plans
Monitor and document patients’ health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for patients
Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving patients as required
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
Strong IT skills for maintaining patient records and documentation
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and team members
Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately
A valid Full UK Driving Licence with access to car and Class 1 Business Insurance is mandatory
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with patients’ needs
