The Role: Experienced Social Worker – Adult Safeguarding (MASH) Team

We are currently accepting applications for Experienced Social Workers for our Adult Safeguarding (MASH) Team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Screening adult safeguarding concerns

  • Undertaking Section 42 enquiries as per Care Act duties

You will need:

  • Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with service users and professionals

  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding legislative frameworks, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act

Working Hours

Additional Information

  • This post requires a DBS check.

  • The Council has a visa sponsorship license and offers Certificates of Sponsorship to non-UK residents through the Skilled Worker route. Applicants must be registered with Social Work England and require sponsorship.
