Axiom Home Care is looking for an experienced care support worker to join their team. The work areas include Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, and Tring, with both early and late shifts available.
You must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle, as the role requires traveling between these locations.

Duties
Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, meals, and mobility
Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies
Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
Drive residents to appointments and outings
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Support with care plans
Contact GPs and relevant healthcare professionals as needed
Perform light household tasks
Experience & Skills Required
Experience in medication administration
Previous care experience in nursing homes or home care is desirable
Knowledge of First Aid procedures
Ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect
Strong communication skills for effective liaison with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
