About the Role

Join a growing team as a proactive and personable Customer Success Executive. Be the key contact ensuring clients/customers have a smooth and valuable experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and driving customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients

  • Onboard customers and ensure smooth post-sales processes

  • Build strong relationships to improve retention and satisfaction

  • Understand and support clients in reaching their goals

  • Deliver onboarding, training, and engagement sessions

  • Monitor client account health and proactively address risks or opportunities

  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely manner

  • Work closely with internal teams to advocate for client needs

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation

  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and pass leads to Sales

  • Gather testimonials, case studies, and referrals when appropriate

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing or account management role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer-first mindset with attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently

  • Experience with CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)

  • Organised, proactive, and positive attitude

  • Ideally good with data
