About the Role

Nottingham Trent University operates across four campuses, seven days a week, so flexibility in both working hours and location is essential.

We offer a variety of modern food and beverage concepts, including:

  • Barista-style cafés

  • Deli bars

  • “Grab and Go” products

  • Freshly prepared hot dishes

You should be a friendly, approachable person with a passion for delivering fantastic customer service.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment is ideal but not essential.

Key Duties:

  • Serving food, promoting sales, and responding to customer queries

  • Operating the cash register

  • Collecting stock

  • Basic food preparation

  • Maintaining hygiene standards and adhering to health & safety procedures
