The role will deliver innovative digital systems in line with the Trust’s Digital Strategy, supporting the opening of a world-class, environmentally sustainable cancer centre. The successful candidate will align resources, coordinate activities, and meet project timescales and requirements.

Main Duties of the Job
Operate within the full life-cycle of a service design-led digital project/programme.
Manage multiple work packages simultaneously.
Plan business analysis activities across all project phases, identifying, assessing, and managing risks.
Liaise with clients/users to clarify requirements; design, create and test complex information deliverables.
Undertake logical modelling, assist with technical planning, and document stakeholder requirements.
Establish and maintain data structures using analysis and modelling techniques.

Person Specification
Qualifications / Knowledge – Essential:
Educated to Masters level or equivalent qualification/experience
Knowledge of business modelling techniques, tools, and standards (e.g. UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect)
Understanding of data structures and business processes for database design advice
Qualifications – Desirable:
Recognised Business Analysis qualification (e.g. BCS International Diploma)
Advanced ECDL
Working knowledge of NHS systems, terminology, and policies
Experience – Essential:
Applying analytical techniques and assessing result integrity
Facilitating stakeholder groups and managing change processes
Implementing Business Analysis tools and methods
Producing project documentation, risk assessments, and realistic plans
Leading and mentoring others, managing conflict, and influencing stakeholders
Experience – Desirable:
Agile methodology, user-centred design, and service design principles
Skills / Abilities – Essential:
Advanced MS Word, Project, and Excel skills
Ability to manage workload proactively
Excellent written/verbal communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and guide staff development

Ability to speak Welsh
