Role Overview
This is a full-time position with a bespoke rota for successful candidates, including evenings and weekends. The role involves working as a Call Handler (Virtual Personal Assistant), answering a high volume of calls for various companies, taking messages, and forwarding them with urgency and efficiency. The focus is on delivering high-quality messages and ensuring a positive experience for each caller.

Key Duties
Answer a high volume of calls on behalf of multiple companies.
Take accurate messages and forward them promptly.
Maintain the quality of client communication.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous call centre experience handling high call volumes.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong administration skills.
Proficiency in PC use; knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook advantageous.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Equipment Requirement
Own equipment required (laptop, headset, and internet).
No Chromebooks – they cannot run the CRM/phone system.
