About the Role

Join Kingsley Home Care Services as a Home Care Assistant and be part of a team that values its carers.

Pay and Perks:

  • £14.50 an hour

  • Paid mileage (in addition to hourly rate)

  • Fully paid training and uniforms – no experience needed

  • Use of a pool car*

  • Various shifts available including:

    • Weekends: 07:00–22:00

    • Evenings: 16:00–22:00

Reports to: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care while respecting client dignity and promoting independence

  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs

  • Represent Kingsley Home Care Services with professionalism and pride

Skills and Attributes

  • Caring, patient nature

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Experience is a plus, but full training is provided

  • Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
