The Opportunity
Message Direct is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Contact Centre Agents to join its team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Agents will be responsible for:
Handling personalised calls.
Taking accurate messages.
Redirecting calls.
Booking appointments through external systems.
Professionalism, composure under pressure, and adaptability are essential. Comprehensive in-house training and ongoing professional development are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls using client-specific scripts for personalised service.
Take precise messages, redirect calls, and book appointments efficiently.
Communicate professionally with callers, maintaining composure under pressure.
Complete initial and ongoing training, including updates and refreshers.
Follow internal policies, including equal opportunities, health and safety, and other guidelines.
Role Requirements
Previous experience in a call centre or receptionist role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent English grammar.
Proficiency in basic IT skills, including computer systems, laptops, and headsets.
Experience as a receptionist in healthcare, medical, or busy environments is beneficial.
Familiarity with booking systems is an advantage.

Shifts: 8-hour shifts, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
Pay: £12.27 per hour.
Location: Remote (UK only – England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
