Pay and Benefits

Hourly Pay:

  • £13.00 (Monday–Friday)

  • £16.50 (Weekends)

  • £20.25 (Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting people with personal care and daily living

  • Monitoring physical and mental health

  • Preparing meals and drinks

  • Assisting with medication

  • Offering companionship and emotional support

  • Monitoring conditions and reporting changes

Requirements

  • Availability Monday–Friday (rota basis)

  • Weekend work required (every other weekend)

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Good spoken and written English

  • Full UK driving licence and access to motorised transport

  • Willingness to travel (around 25%)

No Experience Needed

No prior experience in care is required. Careful Care Ltd provides:
