Main Duties
Manage, plan, and deliver high-quality business support, providing effective, confidential secretarial and administrative support to Associate Medical Directors and Senior Managers.
Undertake and manage various projects on behalf of the Medical Director’s Office.
Compile and amend databases using MS Excel to monitor, record, and report on departmental projects.
Act as a primary point of contact between the Medical Director’s Office and internal/external bodies.
