Residential Care Assistant – Meadowyrthe, Tamworth

No experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support are provided to ensure you feel confident and valued in your role.
Part-time contracts available: 21 hours and 28 hours.
Shift patterns: 7:00am – 2:30pm / 2:30pm – 10:00pm, including alternate weekends.

About You
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of residents. Duties include:
Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing, and personal care, while promoting independence and dignity.
Supporting residents at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met and recorded.
Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and maintaining clear documentation.
Encouraging and joining residents in activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
