Concentrix is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Advisors to join the team working for their client at the Chiswick site. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for high-quality cars and a talent for delivering top-notch service.
Key Details:
Salary: £27,144 per year
Location: Unit 1, Floor 2, Building 7, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Rd, Chiswick, London W4 5YG
Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexibility required between Monday to Saturday, 8.30am – 6.00pm. Potential for Sunday work in the near future.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound & outbound customer contact (phone, chat, email, social).
Handle general car queries and car orders from customers.
Provide dealer support.
Report activities through AWS and DMS database systems.
Conduct outbound lead follow-up.
Respond to online/web form queries.
Manage technical queries from customers and assist where possible.
Conduct satisfaction survey calls and emails.
Handle customer complaints about products, offers, and dealers.
Manage sales complaints by gathering facts and coordinating with dealers/customers for quick resolution (brands: Omoda, Jaecoo, Chery).
Ensure accurate reporting and timely case updates.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent customer service experience (6–12 months minimum).
Auto enthusiast (experience desirable but not mandatory).
Strong English communication and writing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy with a technical mindset.
Organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to deliver first-class support.
Commitment to professionalism, trust, and transparency when handling inquiries.
