About the Role
Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant to join its team. Retail Assistants are the central point of customer contact and play a key role in the company’s success.
In this role, you will act as a health and wellness ambassador, maintain high store standards, and deliver world-class customer service.
Training is provided through industry-leading retail operational programmes, qualifying you to advise across the company’s wide range of products. You may also specialise in areas such as sport, nutrition, or beauty.
Products are in high demand, and colleague incentives are sometimes offered to encourage promotion of key items.

The Person
This is an entry-level role, so prior retail experience is not required, though it may be advantageous. Holland & Barrett is looking for candidates who have:
