Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and learning objectives.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes engagement.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding progress and improvement areas.
Support students with special educational needs by adapting teaching methods and materials as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children of various age groups.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is highly desirable.
Patient and empathetic teaching approach to encourage confidence and motivation.
Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are an advantage.
DBS check required.
