Role Overview
The Senior Operations and Finance Manager role is strategic and results-driven, overseeing and optimizing complex, multi-regional operations across Prostar’s core business verticals. The position involves managing budgets, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading business operations with a strong background in finance, business management, and large-scale client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic operational leadership, directing and coordinating multi-site operations across cleaning, construction, and maintenance projects.
Manage budgets and financial reporting for multi-site operations.
Drive cost control and efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Use business financial and operational data to identify inefficiencies and embed continuous improvement processes.
Support client relationship management and contract compliance.
Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures and quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Serve as the senior escalation point for high-value clients, negotiate renewals, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and environmental directives while maintaining audit readiness.
Lead and inspire a diverse workforce, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
Qualifications & Professional Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, finance, and business management.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and operational excellence models.
Strong budgeting, reporting, and organizational skills.
Experience with ERP systems, CAFM software, and data-driven reporting tools (advantageous).
Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or NEBOSH (advantageous but not essential).
Exceptional cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
