Job Responsibilities
Input and update patient information in the database system
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered
Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies
Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
Adhere to data entry policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in data entry or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Key Skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
