Job Overview
Nova Care Solutions is recruiting experienced female carers to provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their homes and within the community. This role includes participation in day and night sit services if available.
Important:
This vacancy is restricted to women only.

Requirements
Full UK driving license and your own vehicle (mandatory)
Experience in care, GNM nursing, or as a care assistant (preferred)
Proficiency in written and spoken English (essential)
Valid DBS
Willingness to relocate

Duties
Personal care: assisting with showering, dressing, hair brushing
Helping clients with shopping and appointments
Cooking healthy meals
Promoting and administering medication
Providing companionship for clients who enjoy company in daily activities
Shift Patterns
Various shift patterns available, including full days and weekends
Flexibility is required to ensure hours are provided as part of sponsorship
Pay and Benefits
£12.85 per hour (quoted pay based on a 40-hour week)
Holiday pay included, competitive compared to other providers
Mileage not paid separately (salary reflects reimbursement – T&Cs apply)
Referral fee available for recommending colleagues
Flexitime available
UK visa sponsorship (Tier 2) available, subject to covering own visa costs and passing probationary period (T&Cs apply)
