About the Role
Charles Tyrwhitt’s purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”, and this role plays a key part in delivering that. The Sales Assistant will join Haroon and the team at Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre, Bristol.
Contracts available: 8 and 16 hours per week (with overtime opportunities). Flexibility is required, especially across weekends and with some weekday availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Support sales performance and meet KPI targets.
Stay up to date with product ranges and promotions.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team success.
Handle stock-related tasks: accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
Follow VM and Health & Safety guidelines.

Skills & Experience:
Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential).
Enthusiasm, motivation, and strong drive.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence working independently while contributing to a team.
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
