Part-time Sales Assistant at Charles Tyrwhitt

About the Role

Charles Tyrwhitt’s purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”, and this role plays a key part in delivering that. The Sales Assistant will join Haroon and the team at Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre, Bristol.

Contracts available: 8 and 16 hours per week (with overtime opportunities). Flexibility is required, especially across weekends and with some weekday availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Support sales performance and meet KPI targets.

  • Stay up to date with product ranges and promotions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team success.

  • Handle stock-related tasks: accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store housekeeping.

  • Follow VM and Health & Safety guidelines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential).

  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and strong drive.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
