Job Summary
United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) is going through an exciting period of change and development to support the delivery of its vision and strategic objectives.
The Senior Project Manager will support the Digital Transformation Programme Manager in delivering the EPR transformation programme and will manage specific projects within it.
The successful candidate will:
Receive support through appraisal, objective setting, and personal development
Work with internal Trust delivery teams, third-party suppliers, and partners
Represent Digital Services while managing all aspects of project governance using PRINCE2 methodology
Applicants should be highly motivated, hold a current professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2), and demonstrate relevant experience in IT infrastructure project delivery. Strong organisation and communication skills are essential. Travel between Trust sites will be required.
Main Duties of the Job
Organise and administer meetings, maintaining up-to-date action logs
Develop project plans aligned to Trust strategy and the EPR programme, with milestones and KPI measures
Deliver projects against agreed milestones, resolving conflicts between programmes/projects and negotiating agreements where necessary
Drive delivery of projects within agreed cost, timescale, and quality parameters, ensuring achievement of outcomes and business change in line with governance arrangements

Qualifications
Essential:
Degree level education or equivalent experience
Postgraduate diploma-level professional management training/qualification
Evidence of continuing professional development
Project Management Qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent)

Managing multiple concurrent digital projects
