About the Role
Anchorage Care provides supervision and support to elderly and vulnerable people within their own homes. The service includes assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication prompting, meal preparation, shopping, housework, and companionship. The aim is to promote independence and help individuals reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain clear communication with clients and their families to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
Document and report any changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
Drive or walk to clients’ homes as needed, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to care schedules.
Qualifications and Experience
No experience required as full training will be provided.
Ability to operate a smartphone, use the internet/emails, and follow care plans and instructions.
Kindness, honesty, patience, and a passion for helping others are essential qualities.
Working hours: 07:00 – 22:00, with flexibility to choose as many or as few hours as desired.
Owning a vehicle is preferred, though some walking positions are available.
