About the Role

Anchorage Care provides supervision and support to elderly and vulnerable people within their own homes. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

  • Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and their families to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

  • Document and report any changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.

  • Drive or walk to clients’ homes as needed, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to care schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

  • No experience required as full training will be provided.

  • Ability to operate a smartphone, use the internet/emails, and follow care plans and instructions.

  • Kindness, honesty, patience, and a passion for helping others are essential qualities.

  • Working hours: 07:00 – 22:00, with flexibility to choose as many or as few hours as desired.

  • Owning a vehicle is preferred, though some walking positions are available.

  • Full paid training and ongoing support provided.
