Job Description

As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will:
Be part of the Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops team.
Deliver excellent service and build customer relationships.
Support daily operations and contribute to a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Report to the Shop Manager and work as part of a shop team serving customers and encouraging repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Promote safer gambling at all times.
Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
Process transactions, including cash handling.
Demonstrate products and betting terminals.
Handle customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving.
Work towards defined goals and targets.
Maintain high shop standards.
Open or close the shop as required.
Working Patterns
Shops are open Monday to Sunday, 8am – 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
Typical weekly rota: 20 hours, consisting of long opening shifts (after training), long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts.
Rotas are provided at least four weeks in advance.
As a key holder, you will also be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
Qualifications & Skills
Must be 18 years or older to work in betting shops.
Passion for customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
