Responsibilities

Assist in bookkeeping tasks, auditing invoices using Microsoft One Drive
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Conduct various administrative tasks to support the team
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
