Key Responsibilities
Process and manage purchase and sales invoices
Assist with subcontractor administration, including collecting and inputting details for new subcontractors
Update and maintain project trackers and internal documents
Create and manage spreadsheets, templates, and other documentation
Handle emails and phone calls in a professional manner (no cold calling or sales)
Provide general administrative support to the director as needed
Candidate Requirements
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) / Microsoft 365 applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in construction or a similar industry is advantageous but not essential
Willingness to learn and grow with the role
