Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Train, supervise, and mentor customer service representatives to enhance skills and performance

  • Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction for senior management

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within customer service or a related field

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Experience supervising teams, with a focus on improving performance metrics

  • Multilingual abilities highly desirable for communicating with diverse customers
