Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures
Train, supervise, and mentor customer service representatives to enhance skills and performance
Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently
Prepare regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction for senior management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within customer service or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Experience supervising teams, with a focus on improving performance metrics
Multilingual abilities highly desirable for communicating with diverse customers
Proactive problem-solving approach with strong organisational skills
