About the Role
Platinum Care Ltd is hiring Care Assistants to join the team at Waterloo House, a residential care home in Market Rasen. The home provides care for elderly people, including residents with dementia or similar support needs.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with their daily living, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the quality care they deserve. Every day will be different, from assisting with food and drink to offering one-to-one time and following individual care plans.

About You
To join as a Care Assistant, you’ll ideally have some experience caring for people, but it’s not essential. More important are qualities such as empathy, communication skills, and a warm-hearted approach.

Pay and Progression
Starting rate: £12.24 per hour (Care Assistant without NVQ).
Higher rates available for:
Care Assistant (NVQ 2)
Care Assistant (NVQ 3)
Senior Carer
Experience
Care: 1 year (preferred, not required).
Work Location: In person.
