Training: 2 weeks on-site in Pontefract
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Main Responsibilities
Respond to online support queries.
Liaise with suppliers and departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Communicate with customers through multiple channels.
Input replacement orders using in-house software.
Book fitters and deliveries with customers and the transport team.
Resolve customer problems efficiently to achieve satisfaction.
Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Provide feedback to relevant departments to improve performance.
About You
Able to handle complaints under demanding situations.
Empathetic and a problem solver.
Confident IT skills, with the ability to navigate various systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills.
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible with working hours (overtime may be required).
Positive attitude towards work.
