Care Worker Experience
Experience is an advantage but not essential, as a free continuous training programme is provided. This includes The Skills for Care – Care Certificate and induction training.
Minimum Requirements
Must be able to drive with the use of own car and a full UK driving licence
Must have a reliable mobile phone
Must use the company care system for logging calls and information
Must have a good standard of written and verbal English and be able to communicate effectively
Must keep up-to-date with all training as required
Must be able to remain calm, patient, and understanding of service users’ needs
Must be able to work alternate weekends or at least one weekend day each week (with two weekdays off when working weekends)
Employment subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, enhanced DBS checks, and satisfactory references
