Responsibilities
Respond quickly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web forms with clear and friendly communication.
Log all customer details and job specifications accurately into the CRM system.
Guide customers through service options (spray foam removal, mineral wool installation, ventilation upgrades), helping them choose the right solution.
Keep customers updated on job progress, installation dates, and next steps.
Handle issues calmly and fairly, finding solutions that balance customer satisfaction with company standards.
Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent communication.
Collect and report on customer feedback to highlight service and process improvements.
Required Skills
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
