About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at ProdPad, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring they stay happy and engaged. This role offers variety and impact, as you’ll support customers from onboarding through renewal.
The position reports directly to the Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through onboarding: run kick-off calls, configure accounts, and set them up for success.
Understand customer challenges: ask the right questions and show how ProdPad can solve them.
Support integrations: assist with tools like Jira, ADO, and Slack, collaborating with Support and Product.
Become a ProdPad expert: learn the product inside out to demonstrate its value.
Advocate for customers: bring insights back to the product team.
Track metrics: monitor adoption, usage, and engagement; act proactively to improve retention.
Drive Net Revenue Retention: work with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.
Build trusted relationships: become a long-term partner, not just support.
Create helpful resources: walkthroughs, knowledge base updates, and more.
About You
A people person who enjoys solving problems and making customer experiences easier.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized and able to prioritize effectively.
2+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles (Success or Support).
Experienced in delivering SaaS demos and showcasing value.
Familiar with HubSpot, Help Scout, ProdPad, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Proactive in spotting churn risks and growth opportunities.
Pragmatic with automation — balancing efficiency with personalisation.
Bonus: experience with Mixpanel or similar data tools.
