Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), rota shifts across 3 weeks between Monday and Friday.

About the Role
This is a short-term opportunity within ArvatoConnect’s Customer Service team, supporting a high-profile data response campaign.
The role is predominantly telephony and email-based, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, empathetic listeners, and able to handle sensitive queries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from individuals affected by a data-related incident.
Use a structured script and FAQ guidance to provide clear, consistent responses.
Capture caller details accurately and escalate queries when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to follow structured scripts and respond empathetically to sensitive situations.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable.
Access to a reliable internet connection, headset, and personal device (laptop or desktop).
Additional Information
Full training and briefing materials will be provided.
Supported by a dedicated team and escalation process.
This is a short-term role, subject to onboarding and vetting.
