The Role
New Horizons Primary School is seeking an exceptional and visionary Headteacher to lead the academy. This is a pivotal role in shaping the school’s future, working closely with staff, parents, and the wider community to ensure pupils receive an outstanding education.
The Headteacher will:
- Build upon positive foundations and embed best teaching practice.
- Implement a forward-thinking vision, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure students are engaged, making progress, and aspiring to become life-long learners.
- Lead the further development of teaching, learning, and achievement standards.
