The company is currently seeking home-based Customer Service Representatives to join the Enterprise Car Club (ECC) helpdesk. The ECC Helpdesk provides 24/7 mobility support for Car Club Members, ensuring a smooth, automated rental experience.
Members can pick up a car from any convenient on-street location across the UK, from Penzance to Thurso, for as little as 30 minutes up to 7 days.
The Role
- Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
- Salary: £26,900.00 per annum
- Fully home-based position
- Shifts scheduled between 8:00PM and 8:00AM, up to 5 shifts per week (Monday–Sunday)
- Some flexibility may be required

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Car Club members (phone, email, and chat)
- Resolve helpdesk queries relating to members’ accounts
- Provide technical support to members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes
- Use initiative and decision-making skills to perform varied duties
Qualifications
- Passion for problem-solving and investigating solutions for members
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (expect 95% member support during peak seasons)
- Risk awareness with ability to take appropriate action
- Confident communicator with members, colleagues, and management
- Adaptability with online systems and new technology
- Strong multitasking and process-driven skills
- Basic car knowledge (desirable but not essential)
- Comfortable working within a virtual office team environment
Key Requirements (Personal)
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (Monday–Sunday)
- Must operate a Windows device and connect directly to a router (Wi-Fi not permitted)
- Suitable home-office environment free from noise and distractions (desk and ergonomic chair required)
- Strong PC skills and technical aptitude
