About the Role
Universal Care Services is seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Domiciliary, Palliative, and Reablement Care Assistants. This rewarding role involves supporting people in their own homes with:
Personal care
Companionship
Medication support
Daily living tasks
Encouraging mobility and independence
Whether experienced or new to care, full training and ongoing support are provided to help every team member thrive. The position offers flexible hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Job Areas
Solihull, Shirley, Sheldon, Balsall Common, Knowle, and surrounding areas.
Applicant Requirements
Applicants must:
Have the Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
Hold a valid UK Driver’s Licence and have access to their own vehicle
Be female, due to the personal care needs of clients
Be available for shifts between 7am – 10pm, including alternate weekends
Be empathetic, dependable, and a great communicator
No experience is necessary – full induction training and support are provided.
