About the Role
B Independent Support is seeking a kind, patient, and enthusiastic Support Worker to assist a vibrant young man in Chelmsford (CM1) who’s eager to explore life with the right support.
This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week, split over 2–3 days (flexible and to be discussed at interview). Non-drivers are welcome to apply.
The Support Worker will provide calm, consistent companionship, helping the client engage with the world around him. Full epilepsy training and ongoing support will be provided — no prior experience is required.

About the Client
The young man is energetic and enjoys swimming, football, gaming, and gadgets. He’s verbal but needs a little extra time to process information and benefits from support with gross and fine motor skills.
Having been quite isolated recently, he’s looking for someone who can help him reconnect with the community and enjoy the activities he loves.
