About the Role
Premier Heating Solutions is expanding and is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Business Administrator to support customers and the team during evening and weekend hours.
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Weekends: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
The successful candidate will handle calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, following up on ongoing works, and providing feedback to customers.
This role plays a key part in supporting engineers and maintaining the excellent customer experience for which Premier Heating Solutions is known.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries promptly and effectively
Maximise engineers’ operational efficiency through diary management
Prioritise workload to ensure outstanding customer experiences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information on relevant systems
Respond promptly to team requests to help resolve customer issues or complaints
Support departmental projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures
Candidate Requirements
Premier Heating Solutions is looking for an experienced customer service professional who is organised, motivated, and collaborative.
Candidates should demonstrate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving ability and initiative to find resolutions
Capacity to balance one-off activities with daily responsibilities
A good understanding of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
