Hours and Pay

  • Hours: 16 per week (split across 3–4 days)

  • Salary: £14 per hour (reviewed after a 6-month probationary period)

Location

While the role is remote, occasional in-person catch-ups and training sessions will take place in Swindon, including during the initial induction week.

Required Experience and Values

  • Minimum 1 year in a virtual assistant, PA, or client-facing/account management role

  • Experience with project management tools (preferably ClickUp and its advanced features)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft for Business (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Understanding of cybersecurity risks and IT security controls

  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and software quickly

  • Strong commitment to customer service and problem-solving

Desirable Experience

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools

  • Experience with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Figma)

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace apps

Additional Details

  • Job Type: Part-time
