Hours and Pay
Hours: 16 per week (split across 3–4 days)
Salary: £14 per hour (reviewed after a 6-month probationary period)
Location
While the role is remote, occasional in-person catch-ups and training sessions will take place in Swindon, including during the initial induction week.
Required Experience and Values
Minimum 1 year in a virtual assistant, PA, or client-facing/account management role
Experience with project management tools (preferably ClickUp and its advanced features)
Proficiency in Microsoft for Business (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of cybersecurity risks and IT security controls
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and software quickly
Strong commitment to customer service and problem-solving
Desirable Experience
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
Experience with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Figma)
Familiarity with Google Workspace apps
