Caring Together Charity is seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join its team as Care Workers. This role is ideal for anyone passionate about making a difference in people’s lives — whether starting a career in care or looking for a new challenge.
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. What matters most is having a kind nature and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
This position involves providing responsive support to customers and their families, particularly when unpaid carers require short-notice assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and support to individuals and their families.
Assist people in developing skills, managing their homes, and participating in leisure activities.
Offer personal and emotional support as needed.
Support clients in their own homes or within the community.
Use mobile systems to update care plans and monitor scheduled visits.
Play a proactive role in signposting people and families to relevant support services.
Requirements
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Experience in care is not required — a compassionate attitude is key.
Understanding of person-centred care principles.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to assist with personal care when required.
