Job Overview
Mlily UK Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Market Researcher to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping marketing strategies, driving growth, and identifying new opportunities within the mattress industry.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in market research, campaign planning, and data analysis, along with creativity and strong communication skills. The role focuses on identifying market trends, buyer behaviour, and competitor strategies while contributing to business development objectives.
This position complies with the UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements, and applications are welcome from eligible international candidates meeting the sponsorship criteria.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research
Conduct research on market trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape within the mattress industry.
Identify emerging markets and untapped niches for business expansion.
Collect and analyse data on customer preferences and competitor strategies.
Provide actionable insights to inform product development and positioning.
Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, product differentiation, and engagement.
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with procurement and supply strategies.
Monitor marketing activities, measure KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with B2B clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Oversee customer feedback and loyalty programs to strengthen brand relationships.
Act as the main contact for partnerships with marketing vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
Brand Development
Enhance brand image and messaging through effective content marketing and storytelling.
Develop promotional materials, brochures, and other communication tools to support sales and marketing.
Organise and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Applicants must meet eligibility criteria for Skilled Worker sponsorship in the UK.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in market research, marketing, or related fields (preferably within the retail or procurement sector).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics.
Skills
Expertise in market analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.
Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
Strong project management, multitasking, and organisational abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience within the bedding industry is highly desirable.
