About the Role
Milewood Healthcare Ltd is currently looking to grow its dedicated team of Night Support Workers to work at Ash Villa in Nottingham.
Ash Villa is a residential service located in a residential area of Nottingham. It is a large property on an attractive street and within easy walking distance of public transport to access many local amenities.

Role Overview
Support Workers at Milewood Healthcare Ltd are enthusiastic about providing high-quality and bespoke service to each client, always putting those in care at the heart of what they do.
Shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and some unsociable hours.
To succeed in this role, candidates will need great communication and interpersonal skills to form solid relationships with clients and effectively hand over information to colleagues.
Working as a Care Assistant means no two days are the same — supporting residents with their day-to-day lives and encouraging them to live as independently as possible. There may also be involvement in activities outside the home.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Support Worker will be:
Reliable, friendly, and caring to help service users
Able to support in-house activities and hobbies
Attentive and inspiring to residents to achieve more
Driving is not a requirement for this position — non-drivers are equally welcome.
