Duties
Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience and Skills
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Your duties will include assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
To excel in this role, previous experience in a retail or customer service position is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
