Role Overview
The Sales Consultant will handle both inbound and outbound leads (no cold calling required) and conduct virtual design consultations with customers. The role involves advising clients on design concepts, materials, and colour schemes while using Fittingly Ltd’s design software to bring ideas to life.
Closing sales and achieving targets will be key responsibilities, offering great commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with inbound and outbound leads — no cold calling.
Conduct virtual design consultations with customers.
Advise on design concepts, materials, and colour schemes.
Use design software to create customer proposals.
Close sales and meet performance targets.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales (non-retail preferred).
Confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfort with basic maths for measurements and quotes.
Interest in home interiors and design trends.
