Position Details
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 20–50 hours per week (flexible)
Shifts: Flexible rota including alternate weekend cover
Location: Stockport and surrounding areas
Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes (washing, dressing, medication prompts, mobility assistance)
Assist with meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and shopping as required
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow individualised care plans to ensure high-quality service delivery
Maintain accurate care records and promptly report any concerns
Drive between client visits across Stockport and nearby areas
Uphold company values, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies at all times
Requirements
Essential:
A caring and compassionate nature
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Willingness to work alternate weekends
Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to high standards of care
Desirable:
Previous care experience (not essential – full training provided)
Knowledge of the Stockport area and surrounding communities
Typical Shift Patterns
Mornings: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Evenings: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Flexible split shifts available
