Key Duties

Perform accurate data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of user information and interactions.
Analyse user feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to create and implement strategies for community engagement and growth.
Experience and Requirements
Proven experience in a moderation or similar role is preferred.
Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to analyse information effectively and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with online community guidelines is advantageous but not required.
Background in customer service or sales is beneficial.
