Various shifts are offered, including 4-hour, 5-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour, sleeping, and waking nights.

Crwban Care and Support Ltd provides care to adults and older children with mental illness, autism, and learning disabilities within Supported Living settings. Each accommodation is staffed 24 hours a day by trained Support Workers (known as “Crw Members”), who help clients reach their potential and live fulfilling, independent lives within a community environment.

The company’s ethos is inspired by the Welsh word “Crwban” meaning turtle, symbolising perseverance and healing. Crwban Care believes in supporting individuals to rebuild confidence and plan for the future they want — without limitations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals and groups within the accommodation and community.

  • Provide a customised, responsive, and high-quality service to people living with mental health challenges.

  • Deliver services that meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.

  • Encourage clients to live independently and make choices about their own lives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • No previous experience or qualifications required; full training is provided.

  • Kind, caring, and able to work dynamically.

  • Knowledge of mental health or learning disabilities is beneficial.
