Job Overview
The Customer Service Executive role focuses on delivering outstanding customer support through multiple channels, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company’s high service standards. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
Provide a warm, friendly greeting to customers via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about products, services, and policies.
Handle complaints empathetically and efficiently to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Offer additional services (e.g., Mesh or VoIP calling) to enhance customer experience.
Technical & Installation Support
Troubleshoot simple and occasionally complex technical issues through multiple contact channels.
Manage the customer journey from order to installation, keeping clients informed at every step.
Coordinate with YouFibre’s network build partners to ensure installations meet customer expectations.
Billing & Administration
Support billing inquiries, amend invoices, and manage direct debit setups.
Assist customers experiencing financial difficulties with compassion and professionalism.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and re-contracts.
Complete administrative tasks related to customer service and support.
Customer Experience & Complaints
Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring any complaints or negative feedback are resolved promptly and professionally.
Follow up on outstanding issues and prevent recurring customer complaints.
Collaboration & Learning
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Previous experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to adjust to evolving procedures.
