Key Duties

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative efficiency.

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.

  • Use Google Suite for documentation, collaboration, and communication.

  • Organise and manage clerical documents effectively.

  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette with clients.

  • Conduct bookkeeping and bank reconciliation (essential).

  • Prepare financial reports and presentations using Xero.

  • Support financial operations including invoicing and expense tracking.

  • Manage credit control and purchase ledger.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and schedule contractor appointments.

  • Drive sales initiatives to ensure full booking of diaries.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Background in credit control, sales, and purchase ledger.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Xero.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Proactive, independent, and capable of working collaboratively.
