Job Summary
Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is seeking a Data Analyst (Level 3) with strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires flexibility, innovation, and a keen ability to manage data, modelling, and analytics to support various areas of work.
The successful candidate will:
Provide analytical, modelling, and data management support.
Develop dashboards and respond to data requests, ensuring detailed collaboration with stakeholders.
Engage with internal teams to support work areas, quality assurance, and best practices.
Demonstrate strong IT skills with experience in relational databases, SQL, and Power BI.
Note: The ability to speak Welsh is desirable. Both Welsh and English speakers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Knowledge

Educated to postgraduate level or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience.
Degree qualification or equivalent.
Evidence of continuous professional development.

Knowledge of NHS Wales or the healthcare sector.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and multi-stakeholder dashboards.
