Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including schedule management and meeting coordination.
Handle data entry tasks accurately while maintaining organised records.
Use Google Suite and Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Manage phone communications professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
Organise office supplies and maintain an orderly workspace.
Support general clerical duties to ensure overall office efficiency.
Experience and Skills
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative when required.
